The purpose of Spiritual Direction is to support a deeper intimacy with God and to consider the very ordinary experiences of life in light of God's Love and Presence. By engaging the contemplative practice of listening to the Holy Spirit in the presence of someone who provides sacred space, one can discover the ways God is speaking to them and wanting to love and renew them.

I offer Spiritual Direction over the phone or via video call. Sessions are for one hour, typically once a month. I'm happy to discuss my fees with you when you contact me.
